I bought this gift for my 6yrs old niece and she is just loving it. She was actually a big fan of hello dream house since the day she saw its video on youtube and just always wanted to own it. The doll house is well built. At start there were some wifi connectivity issues but i think changing its location solved it. So the wifi is a problem in it as some others also reported elsewhere. And on weekends the servers are too busy i believe due to which at times it gives error. But other days it's working good. Barbie Hello Dreamhouse (Switch to Mobile/Desktop Version)
Omg this is one heck of a house. I assembled it (about 30 min) early for christmas to make sure it works and its much bigger than expected. Even though i read the dimensions, it was still a lot to take in once put together and now have no idea where to store it until then (most likely behind a locked bathroom door, lol). I was hoping that it folded up for better storage when not in use but it doesn't do this. We haven't fully set everything up since the voice recognition needs to have my daughters present so it won't be done until christmas. I was however able to test a few things ahead of time through the app and i'm a little jealous of barbie right now. There is some movable furniture and some small accessories (food, plates, flowers etc) which over time will be lost but overall, i know my girls are going to love this house. I'm giving 4 stars because i'm still on the fence with the whole voice recognition and also i couldn't find a volume control and it seems to be on the louder side.

My only complaints are that on christmas morning all i could get was an error code 18. This was very frustrating and eventually went away on its own. Also, you can only set one birthday! ? i can't afford to buy two of these for my girls but you can't make it say happy birthday to more than one kid? the speech recognition is touchy, especially for kids.
