What a delight to see my granddaughters face when she opened her poppy. She is made out of a hard plastic for durability. She has batteries included and the doll comes with a bracelet that the child can wear to interact with poppy. She sings , dances and her hair changes colors, her hair is on the thin side and with my granddaughter's poppy her crown is mostly for packaging show. Hers does not stay in her hair. Other than that the doll is just delightful. My granddaughter is 6. -Z. Joanna
