The boots are adorable but just disappointed in the packaging. I bought two outfits as well from sophias and i am happy with the items but they. Are all packaged in a clear zip loc bag and they were mailed in a cheap envelope that appeared to have been opened before i received it. The actual product is very cute and appears to be well made.

I purchased this for a program i will be working in. I got this to teach the kids all about rain gear and proper dress code. This set is just great. . I love how this set comes with so many pieces. In addition to an outfit, it has everything the kids need for the rain. The rain coat is nice and comes with a great matching outfit. I love the umbrella. It is so realistic. The kids love opening and closing it. I will point out for really young children, the umbrella might be difficult, but you will just need to teach them how to use it. . The rain boots are adorable. They have such nice details on them and slip on and off the foot so nicely, it is great. . Overall, one of the best sets i have seen. Very realistic and easy to take on and off the doll. Great for fun and education combined.

I got this outfit for an 8 year old girl for her american girl doll. The outfit was beautifully made and i found no problem with the stitching. She had no problem putting the clothes on the doll by herself and once on the fit was perfect. For the price, i was worried the umbrella might break easily or the shoes wouldn't fit right. I worried needlessly. The shoes fit perfectly and the umbrella is very sturdy and functions beautifully. A strap on the umbrella would have been nice so the doll could hold it but for the price of the outfit seems silly to even mention. I wonder if some comments of girls not being able to get the outfit on the doll were maybe girls younger than 8 years old. American girl dolls are for girls 8 and up so given the age suggestion an 8 year old should have no problems with this outfit. -Notice from L. Meghan, Ohio

Great price! my niece annie jo loves american girl dolls. Even though she's only 4 she has 3 (and the bitty boy and girl twins lol) already and takes very good care of them. One was mine when i was little (molly) and one was her moms (felicia) but we can't always afford the american girl brand clothes and accessories! when i saw this i knew she'd love it! all the peices r well made and sewn. Good materials too! the umbrella has a real metal handle and opens just like and umbrella does. Cool! the boots may be a snug fit for her dolly's feet but we can help her. We always play as a family i put the, min a clothes box so she will not be expecting doll clothes this christmas!

Five stars because this outfit looks adorable, is made well and easy to put on a doll. I found absolutely nothing wrong with it and the quality reminds me of something handmade by a skilled seamstress! the dress, hat and scarf look just as its pictured and it fits my daughter's american girl doll perfectly. What i like a lot about the dress is the back closure. There is a thin line of velcro from top to bottom, which makes it very easy for a little girl to dress her doll. This dress is similar to any sweater dress my daughter would wear today, yet there is a subtle old-fashioned sweetness to it that i love. The pop of color from the hat and scarf look great against the grey and make it a more believable little girls' outfit, compared to the "matchy-matchy" super coordinated outfits you might find in chain stores. The boots are quite adorable, too, which i purchased separately.

I bought this little outfit a while back for my 8 year old granddaughter. We bought the little boots separately but it comes with everything else you see in the picture. It's just adorable and fits very well the 18 inch american girl doll. It's easy to put on and take off. So many little doll clothes are sometimes very difficult for little hands to put on and take off but these are really easy. We love these outfits and plan to buy many more in the future.
