This toy is a hit! i bought it as a gift for my 1 year old daughter and as soon as she opened it, her 18-month old cousin took off running with it (she didn't mind, she's flexible like that). Since then, every cousin and friend who comes over has to have a turn with it. Some kick, roll and throw it, some like to push the buttons, and others just like to pull on the taggies on the top. Of all of the noise-making toys we've had, this one is one of my favorites. The songs and phrases are pleasant and varied enough that you don't get sick of them quickly. And when you do want quiet, the sound switch is easily accessible (to adults, clever design! ) and the ball is still engaging and fun. I've rarely seen a toy appeal to so many age-levels (1-6 in our house) and be pleasing for parents as well.

This toy sat in a toy chest for four months because my 5 month old thought it was a snooze. But today i decided to pull it out and we had a blast! my 9 month old and i had the best time rolling the ball to each other. Even her dad got in the action. . This toy was also great for practicing her pincer grip as she fingered the tabs. . All in all, five months later i declare this toy a winner!

Love this toy for our very active 6 month old. He can easily pull himself up to stand and interact with the lights, but it also provides just enough entertainment if he wants to sit and play with the lower activities. Fun music, sings the abcs and counts to 5. Forward and backwards. Even plays different instrument sounds. Definitely a toy that he will get use out of for years since it has different settings for different play stages. Overall, we are extremely happy with this toy.

It lights up beautifully (kind of reminds of the "simon" toy from way, way, back when - except its for babies and its much more touch sensitive). It's easy to activate, the dog will (once in awhile) go and play with it. The fisher-price bright beats does exactly what it's designed to do: get my granddaughter to dance and play. . Yes, i highly recommend this product. I've grown up playing with fisher-price toys and i'm glad i can now buy fisher-price toys for my most favorite babies in the world!
my six month old loves this toy! he's been cutting teeth and completely inconsolable until this arrived. It is a bit of a pain to put together but it's not horrible. It took me maybe 20 minutes. My son has been playing with it for hours and is so happy. The stage three is good even for little babies and over time i'm sure he will begin to associate the numbers and colors with the game. Until then, it's just fun stimulation that's keeping the crying at bay.
