This game makes it feel like you're in a music video- i love it! my favorite songs are from robin thicke and rihanna- but even songs that i thought i wouldn't like, the dance routines sell it, because they're fun to do, as well as the actual video you get to watch while doing so. The "just sweat" function allows you to choose what songs you want to have during your 20 or 40 minute workout. One thing i'd want to change though is have a random generator for the songs. Just dance 2 has a random shuffle function that i really like. I wish this game had that as well! I really love the wii dance games, but so far the 2014 has not been able to out-do the just dance 3. The songs on the 2014 version are good, a nice mix-up with current music that all my kids and even i have listened to, but i've noticed they like the older version a little better. The main point that makes the 2014 really cool is that you can go on wifi and dance with people from other places all over the world, which gives it a nice competitive feel! definitely worth buying, has been hours and hours of fun and would recommend. -Z. We have just dance 2014 on wii and xbox. I love anything that gets my kids up and active. I hate when they sit around and play video games all day. This is great exercise for not only them but me as well. They have a "just sweat" devoted to exercise, it even has a calorie counter so you know how many calories you've burned. Up to four people can play so all of my children can get involved (as long as you have extra wii remotes). I wouldn't label this as a "girls" game at all because boys love this game too. They have something for everyone. My husband felt like there weren't as many songs on this one but we love the selection all the same. I love this one just as much as i love just dance 4. I don't mean to toot my own horn but i am a good dancer and this one had a lot more "meduim and hard" songs so i felt i was at my own speed. The dances weren't that easy, which i really liked. . What i love the most about this just dance in particular that makes it stand out from all the others is that you can earn credits to buy more songs and dances by singing along and scoring high. On the other just dance games you have to pay for any new songs with money.

But it's growing on me a lot so i bumped it up. . -not as user friendly as the earlier versions. -background on some of songs is way too busy with too much going on and it's distracting. -no choice between short and extended version that i've found. -for me, not the best song selection. . + just sweat mode-5 stars all the way and worth it alone for that feature. You select the time duration that you want to dance, the difficulty level of dances and then the songs you want. . + it is nice that you can still do it even with a lower body injury (my case, knee) and just adjust the moves to fit you. Even if you were just doing the arm movements and keeping your lower body relatively still, you'd get a lot of movement and fun in and work up a sweat. . +the ability to add additional songs in wii shop."Just Dance Greatest Hits - Nintendo Wii

My daughters love this game which is why i gave it 4 starts. The songs are still current and fun, but the moves are a little sketchy for kids. I would expect some of these moves that are part of the game in high schoolers, not for kids that are aged 6-12. I was definitely surprised by some of the moves.
- E. MeyerNice game. It has some great songs like "cake by the ocean" and "watch me whip. " however, i don't like i need to aim and point on the arrow to change to the next screen sometimes. It would be better if i could just press the "a" button.
Wow! my 10 year-old got this for christmas and hasn't stopped dancing to this cd! . . The song versions are clean, choreographies decent - no twerking or similar, at least from what i've seen so far - and even though the choreographies look easy enough, they do require focus and concentration, which is what i wanted for my daughter. The fact that you are left panting after 2 choreographies is only a bonus - good excercise as well for mom as well!
