We purchased this lego set for my five year old son. He loves the egg and baby dragon. It has been a hit. It is a rather small set but he didn't care much about anything other than the baby dragon and it's egg. I love the girl character though, it seems they are harder to come by than the boy ones. Our 8 year old absolutely loves this set. The dragon is bigger than we thought and looks so cool. It came with great assembly directions and is very sturdy so it doesn't fall apart when she is playing with it (this dragon has survived through many play sessions). This is her favorite lego set by far and we had so much fun putting it together.
The elf witch's minion, dusti the evil fox, is guarding the castle tower and the captive queen dragon! help emily jones and azari sneak in and find the key to unlock the chains. Make your way across the lava pit with azari's powers and distract dusti. We collect legos and had to complete the dragon series with the new queen and wind dragon. I love how easy it is to put these legos together and really love how they dont come apart while playing with them. We dont glue them at all and they still last through play and travel. I am very happy with the figures and the designs. They are painted very well and the stickers are very nice too. My daughter's been wanting 'the white dragon' for many months. So glad the price came down in time for christmas. She is thrilled, and it's super cute and posable (although she doesn't use the rest of the set).

AliceOnline store's price beat other stores in town and i ordered the queen's dragon rescue lego building kit before thanksgiving hoping that my grand daughters request didn't change before christmas - and it didn't, she was thrilled. She is 8 years old and only needed a little help from her big brother. (when she asked, i might add) as she discovered little treasures included in the set she yelled for everyone to come and see. One happy, thrilled kid.
Any lego set is simply amazing! i usually give my grandchildren an amount they can spend at the lego store. After shopping, it is my job to sort all of the pieces while they assemble the toy.
