For entertainment, my 3 year old grandson absolutely loves this train. The lights and music, plus the fact that it drives by itself on a hard surfaced floor kept him mesmerized. Then, add in the bubbles a few days later, and it was a new toy all over. On the down side, it is very loud. There is no volume control, nor any sound button. When the train is on the music is playing and it is difficult to hear anything else. It is not made very sturdy - drop it and the hard plastic will easily break. Made in china. Sort of explains that. These gloves are so much fun and just the neatest product. I am one of these crazy people that does gift shopping year round so i am prepared for an up coming birthday or the following christmas. So these are sooo cool! the fingers light up and glow, never seen something like these before and i'm really impressed. The gloves are really nice and made really well. They keep my fingers warm a dr they are really soft. The lights are my favorite part! you can have them flashing, or one color at a time or all the colors. My three-year-old daughter asked santa for "a train that goes fast and plays lots of songs that i can dance to" and with this train, santa was able to deliver big time. The train was much larger than i anticipated which is kind of a nice thing considering it doesn't have a track to keep it on (it's too big to step on in the dark but light enough that a good kick wouldn't hurt your foot too badly. ). . The music sounds like the intro to a video game in the late eighties and it will get stuck in your head but it's not as annoying as the song from daniel tiger, so it's all good for us. We didn't anticipate using the bubble feature but we gave it a try and it's loads of fun. After the bubbles blow for a long time, the floor gets very soapy and the train struggles to move but the bubbles and the music keep on going, so she's happy. It's been almost a month and we're still on the original set of batteries. . I don't think this thing would survive a toss down a flight of stairs and it won't work on carpet or any bumpy outdoor surfaces but it's a fun indoor toy that has my kid dancing and chasing and laughing, so we're pleased. As you unpack the toy, be sure to read over all the warnings and the stickers on the train for an extra chuckle.

Omygosh. Where do i begin? ! my little grandson went totally nuts over this bubble blowing, . Noise-making, bumping around train! he loved it so much, he hugged it and carried it around. While the multitude of bubbles escaped the "chimney" (for lack of the correct name! ). It was. So adorable to watch this 3 year old ginger with all smiles enjoying this fun little train! . . As a follow-up, i assumed this might last a week or so, but already a month and he's still loving. To play with it, and his 2 older brothers too (when he's willing to share! ).

I do recommend reading the directions though, i poured the bubble solution into the wrong area and had bubble mix all over my floor. It did make a lot of bubbles though. It is fun to watch it move around and it bumps, turns, and then returns so it doesn't get stuck and keep hitting a wall like some other toys i have purchased. I am only giving 4 stars because when i poured the bubble solution into the right hole, we didn't get as many bubbles as we did on our first try when we put the bubbles in the outgoing spout. My son kept asking me what was wrong with it, i had to keep pouring bubble solution in and then kind of shook it a bit to finally get them to come out.

This is a great toy for ages 2 (youngest grandchild) through probably 7 or 8. Excellent bubble blowing . Lots and lots to amuse the children. Catchy tune is belted out along with the bubbles, seems fairly durable as the 4 year kicked it a few times to make it change direction. You can let it travel along the floor or sidewalk as intended but it also works well when the child picks it up and carries it around. Lights flash, bubbles blow; music is made - all good stuff. . Recommend you first take it out of the package, find your smallest phillips head screw driver and use it to remove (the probably unnecessary) screw holding in the flap over the batteries and put in the batteries - then you can slide the whole thing back into the box. Then, you are ready to go when your child opens the box. Also. It was such a hit that they kids played with it for 20 or 30 minutes first time out of the box - using up all the bubble solution so you might want extra on hand.

This is the cutest train ever made. Easy enough for a 2 year old to operate. Love the music it plays; it's really lively, but interspersed with realistic train sounds. Brilliantly designed with a circular wheel behind the cowcatcher so that it can reverse course when it bumps into something. Works best on hard floors but will run on the carpet, too. The bubbles are great! (we forgot to turn off the train when we left the room and came back to a foot-high pile of them. ) i would buy another just in case the first one breaks in the next five years. It was so much fun.

Works great! has a excellent ability to turn itself away when it bumps into a road block! a little loud. The bubbles take a few seconds to a minute to build up and get going! they do come though! they are tiny sized though. But it is a great hit! santa brought it to for our 2 yr and 4 mon old boy. He was dancing and shouting and chasing it all over the kitchen! he would not come join the rest of us to open the presents under the tree! however and i knew this. Battery compartment didn't accept battery on one side, it got hot and my 3 year old grandson was very unhappy when the soap. Container leaked all the soap out. He loved the train, wouldn't let it go, so i couldn't ship it back but it was such a very "dis-. Appointing yet exciting sad gift. " he was excited when we got the battery to work and heard the music but things went downhill. When it couldn't blow bubbles. As adults we were all so disappointed in its operation . Such an exciting toy but then sad, sad. And disappointing. What can i say. Can't imagine how he would have reacted if it worked properly. Me, his grandma was. Very sorry for him. It was very colorful and looked exciting. Sorry for this review, would much prefer a great reaction.

This little train is great! it's cute and it operates well. We bought this for our granddaughter, who is fascinated by it. We set up up on a very bumpy, patterned tile, and it ran well - the large grout lines and tile bumps made it circle a bit more, but didn't stop it at all. The lights, movement and sounds really add to the overall effect. I didn't realize the yellow stacks on the top go up and down as it it moves, which is another nice feature that brings the little train to life. The bubbles are very small and took a minute to work. But once they did they kept coming in a steady stream. There is a funnel included to fill the bubbles, and it works well. Another reviewer showed a very nice demonstration video of a train where the bubbles came out in more of a bubble clump on the top - ours do not, they are very small bubbles that definitely rise above the train. Also, our train basically goes in larger circles, not straight. I actually like this because it stays in one location. One of my favorite features of operation is that when/if it runs into a wall (or anything) it backs up and changes direction. This lets it continue to drive all around your area without having to re-direct it. . Be aware that the train is made of plastic and is on the lighter side. There are also a lot of detail parts that would not tolerate being dropped or pulled at. The details make the train's appearance much nicer. However, if you are buying this for a young child, it is definitely more of a toy to set up and observe with them than one they would play with independently. I did see some 1-star reviews where the wheels and other parts broke, and i'd say to be careful of that because there are a lot of little parts and intricate mechanics that would be affected if they did. Also, be aware that there is no volume control and it's on the louder side. . For my family it was a big hit. My granddaughter really enjoys watching it, and so do our dogs.
