Wearing this feels like what would tony stark see inside the helmet (it's basically a motorcycle helmet) but without jarvis in it. Welp i'm tall and skinny so it looks ok. . It feels light , just dont let little kids wear it since it can fall off easily, thats a warning. . It has some little line scratches beside the magnets but i'll probably think about it as battle damage. . People in the reviews are right the sound is quite faintly like a bday card sfx, the person who wears the helmet can only hear it. Edited okay. Probably the reason why people says that the sound is weak cause of how they are made, each of them are different. Well its no problem for me since i dont wanna be deaf and its fine for me cause the sound is as clear inside the helmet. . Overall its alright its good for collecting marvel stuff, i like it.

When my husband saw this being review on youtube, he had to get it right away. And he did. He has a big noggin, and it actually fits him. He was super excited about that. The light up eyes are pretty cool. The lights make it hard to see in your in a room that already have lights on. They look good in the dark and you can see better when you're in the dark. What he didn't like was the fact that the back swing part didn't close securely. It kept popping open on him. He had to get some super glue so he could glue it shut. Also, like other reviewers said, the paint chips easily.

I got this as an adult collector (professional child) and i am very happy with it. I have a really big head (i wear large/xlarge stretch fit hats) and this was snug on my head but it definitely fits. The faceplate is held on by exposed magnets so when you attach it to the top of the helmet, it can scratch the paint on the helmet so be careful. It has sound effects that go off when ever you remove and attach the faceplate. When you put the face plate on, the sound goes off and the eyes light up. The light up eyes have 3 levels of brightness because on the brightest setting, it's almost impossible to see anything unless you are looking at something really bright. All in all, it looks great! i would definitely recommend for any fan.

Perfect for a display piece or to be worn for a short period of time. . If you have a large head, breathing can be hard, so i bent in the small side plastic pieces for a little ventilation but in the end you will fog up the eyes. Speaking of which, you can really only see through them when the lights are off or at the lowest setting. Any higher and you're going to be walking around like a blind iron man. . Lower rear/neck cover piece is flimsy and does not lock in well - on all units so either tape it down if you can wear it without opening it or it can look odd and may scratch the helmet. The paint is nice but can get scratched pretty easily with light force, so don't be rough with it. . Overall, love it. Will wear it for halloween and it's going to be a lovely display piece.

I purchased this as a gift for myself. The price point made it irressitable especially the sales going on around the holidays. I'm glad this mass produced item exists otherwise you'd be paying 4 to 10x as much. Agreed the more expensive models out there are heavier, better paint etc etc. . For display this is pretty awesome - the paint and shading is spot on. Then the fact you can put it on and that the facemask comes off just is icing on the cake for me. . This makes a great gift for any marvel/iron man fan. For the ladies looking for that gift for their man - this is it.

If you are an iron man fan you've got to get this. Very well made, looks awesome and i don't know how i am going to get any work done wearing this thing. Eyes light up with dimmer settings in the chin area and front mask removes and lifts (strong magnetically attached), all with sound effects. It's just awesome! the best addition to my iron man collection.

Nice iron man helmet for a great price. It fits my head which is a 7 3/8 hat size without any issues. There is 3 lighting settings for the eye lights and it is almost impossible to see out of the helmet on the highest setting. Only on the lowest setting is it possible to see ok through the eye slits. There are some sound effects when the face mask is taken off and put on which adds to the effects of the helmet. The only problem i have with the helmet is that it is very easy to scratch the finish. I have taken off the face mask and put it in the up position i did scratch the finish. Other than that, if you want to be iron man for a short time, this helmet is for you.

This helmet is awesome and fits my big head. For that, i couldn't have been more happier in buying this product. The lower-back portion of the helmet (neck) is slightly looser than the rest and cannot fit but it can be super-glued to the helmet and stay there for good. The aaa batteries allow the eyes to glow immediately when the face mask is attached to the helmet. You can lower it three more levels (the final is off). It's hard to see through with the lights on and is hard to breathe through so be careful if you give this to your kids. But, it feels great and is a durable plastic too. It's worth the buy and great for the cost, too.

Amazing ! . I've been buying lots of junk and nice things on internet, but honestly, this is in my top 5 for quality-price ratio. The helmet has multiple adjustments while the mask mounts with magnets easily. On mask installation a nice sound is produced. There is a little button inside (by the chin on the left side) to adjust mask eyes light (bright, normal, low, off). . This version has few openings to let you breath decentely for quite some time, but the visibility is very poor. . I could not have purchased any better for this price.

This is amazing. For years iron man has been my favorite marvel superhero, and when i saw this, it looked perfect. And it was. The helmet itself is made out of abs plastic, but is super strong and durable. The helmet i think will fit most heads (i have a pretty big head myself and it seems a little loose), and its designed to easily take on and off. The back has a plastic panel that pops open for putting it on, and the front has a chin guard that slides back and forth (though its a tad bit hard to pull out and push back in). The mask itself has a certain heft, and has very strong magnets that keep it on (its almost too hard to pull off). When pulled off, the mask makes a sort of robotic noise, like servomotors or motors rotating, and when you put it back onto the helmet, it makes the same noise, but theres a sort of energy discharge noise, it sounds like its powering up, and then the eye holes light up. Its kind of hard to see out of the eye holes at full brightness, but there are two other settings of brightness, or you can have it turned off. . Cons:. -the paint on the side under the gold part of the mask was black, not grey (i myself couldn't care less, but some people might). -the magnets are a tad bit too strong, and its hard to pull the mask off. -the chinstrap is tight, but from other reviews it seems after a while it will loosen up. -its hard to breathe after a while of wearing it. -the plastic portion at the back is semi difficult to pop back in. . Overall, other than these minor nuisances, this helmet is an absolute must have for any. Marvel or iron man enthusiast. I wouldn't recommend this as a kids toy, but rather a colllector's piece and maybe something to wear to comic con in.
